		<description>The appropriate forum as whether or not legislation is applicable is the courts.  I guess it&#039;s common practice in Florida for developers to just push through the legislation that&#039;s in their own interests.  If these cases truly have no merit, they should have nothing to fear and should have no problem prevailing in court.</description>
